How we stand it up

  2. Name board pack owner and FinOps Inform owner.
  3. Stand up Power BI / Fabric workspace with deployment pipelines and RLS sketch.
  4. Ship executive scorecard and FinOps Inform first; add exceptions and cohort next.
  5. Export first PDF board pack; reconcile to frozen value case language.
  6. Book get-started: /#get-started · pair with /enterprise-ai and /board.
