What this offer covers

What it is

An automation layer on the Data Foundation (and optionally Decision Hub exports) that turns evidence into timed deliverables. Daily cost and control digests; weekly agent and reclaim deltas; monthly executive pack and benefit ledger snapshot.

Why it exists

Portals and exports do not create operating rhythm. Ops Cadence is the Step 3 delivery muscle so Wave 0 owners get the same pulse every week without chasing screenshots.

Write actions are gated

ServiceNow ticket create and similar write paths are optional and gated. MCP tools only for approved scopes. Default is notify and decide — not auto-mutate production agents.

Time zone

Schedules run in UK time (Europe/London). Adjust only by written SoW if the customer operates another primary calendar.

Getting started

How we stand it up

  1. Confirm Foundation tables (and optional Decision Hub export) are stable enough for digests.
  2. Name digest recipients for cost, control, and agent owners.
  3. Deploy Logic Apps / Functions identities with least privilege; store secrets in Key Vault.
  4. Enable daily digests first; add weekly reclaim and monthly pack after two stable weeks.
  5. Gate any ticket-create path behind explicit approval criteria.

MCP for approved tools

MCP servers only for tools already on the change-reviewed register. Prefer connectors for read evidence; MCP for bounded actions.
