How this member works
The Cartographer separates knowns from gaps. Licensed seats, weekly-active use, overshare hotspots, and frozen value assumptions belong on the map. Wishful metrics do not.
Primary panes sit in SEE and licence signals: You, Business, Horizon, and Licence utilisation. The job is a thin, honest pass — not a research programme that never ships.
Dial up before board packs and renewals when baselines are thin. Dial down when another spreadsheet only delays a Security or reclaim action you already know you need.
In sessions, speak facts and gaps only. Leave risk ownership to Guardian, money to Steward, and feelings to Pulse.

When to raise or lower
Default 3–4 before seat expansion or renewals. Raise when baselines are missing. Drop when more data delays a known Steady fix.
When to dial: Dial up before seat spray, renewals, or board packs when facts and gaps are thin. Dial down when more data only delays a known Steady fix.
If over-dialled: Analysis paralysis
