What a window does instead

A window is a shared picture. Twelve panes ask one question each. Every pane splits Insight you must see from Action you take. Owners, signals, and standards bridges sit underneath.

Levels hide trade-offs. Insight names the fact. Action names the next move and the owner. That is the difference between a model you hang on a wall and a method you run weekly.

How you use the window day to day

Pick the pane that hurts. Write the Insight. Name the Action and the date. Mirror owners into the AI register. Revisit on the operating rhythm: weekly for licence and security hotspots, monthly for cost reconcile, quarterly for horizon and skills.
