What it does
Customers can now view value insights in the Agent 365 Dashboard in Microsoft Viva Insights (Copilot Analytics). These insights help business leaders and change and adoption specialists understand not only whether agents are being used, but also the estimated assisted hours agents provide and the types of work contributing to that value. This update builds on the existing Agent 365 Dashboard adoption experience by connecting agent activity with a clearer view of the work agents support across the organization.
Why you should care

Agents change operating risk. Ask for registry coverage and owner accountability first.
CISO
Treat agents as privileged actors: least privilege, owner, lifecycle, and audit before scale.
CFO
Map licence or consumption impact to the frozen value case; avoid seat spray.
Adoption
Use for measurement of behaviour change; feed Pane 08 Adoption and Pane 06 Cost & Value.
Suggested action
Wave 0 first: Security → GRC → Cost & Value → Licence → Adoption. Put this on the agent register with a named owner. Do not enable broadly until permissions, DLP, and reclaim rules exist.

- Comms: One story for board and staff — what changes, what does not, who owns risk.
